Innospace Infotech Ltd. is a software company based at Road 95, House 2A, Gulshan 2, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
Information you give us
When you send a message through our contact form we collect your name, email address, mobile number and, if you choose to add them, your company name, the service you are interested in and your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal or quote if you ask for one.
Messages are emailed to our team and also stored securely in our website’s admin area so that no enquiry is lost. If you apply for a job, you do so through the application link on the job page; the information you submit there is used only to assess your application.
Information collected automatically
- Spam protection: to stop automated spam, the contact form briefly remembers a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for about 10 minutes. It is not linked to your name and is deleted automatically.
- Error logs: if you visit an address that does not exist, we record the address, the page that linked to it and your browser type so we can fix broken links. We do not store your IP address for this. These records are deleted after 90 days.
- Website analytics: if analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate (for example, which pages are popular). See Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles this data.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it next time; it is never sent to us. Analytics tools, if enabled, may set their own cookies.
Embedded content
Our contact page includes a Google Map. Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you had visited that website, and Google may collect data about your visit under its own privacy policy.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run this website and our email (for example, our hosting provider), and only as needed to provide those services, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows, and for no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@innospace.tech and we will respond within 30 days.
How we protect your information
The website is protected with secure connections (HTTPS), limited and protected admin access, regular updates and backups.
